In addition to the crisp, modern lines of the Catalina Collection, we think you’ll like how the Gray and Parchment finishes you see throughout the collection are complemented by squared-off metal drawer pulls in storage pieces. But don’t let the simplicity of design fool you: like many of our kids bedroom collections, the Catalina Collection has more than a few surprises up its sleeves, or in store, in drawer, whatever. You’ll see.
Catalina Drawer Dresser
The Catalina Drawer Dresser looks all grown up and incorporates all three prized colors of the lighter version of the Catalina Collection: Parchment, Gray, and metal. The drawers are Gray, surrounded by the Parchment box, and standing on a metal base that coordinates with the metal drawer pulls. The top three drawers are divided by the bottom two with a Parchment separation that adds just enough extra style. The piece measures 54 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 34 inches high. The top-left drawer includes a flip-down front and full-extension guides, perfect for storing electronics. The top-right drawer has a removable felt tray to provide a hidden storage area for valuables. Large bottom drawers have removable drawers, allowing you to customize them in a way that allows you to keep clothing neat.
Catalina Drawer Chest
The Catalina Drawer Chest, like the Drawer Dresser, incorporates all three finishes quite well. The taller of the two, it measures 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 50 inches high. Two smaller top drawers are visually set apart from the three larger bottom drawers, which each include drawer dividers. The top-left drawer has full-extension drawer glides and a flip-down front, while the top-right drawer has a felt tray to hide a special storage compartment. The back panel of the Drawer Chest includes jewelry hooks and slides out from the right side of the piece.
Catalina Dressing Chest
Half way between a Drawer Chest and a Drawer Dresser in size, the Catalina Dressing Chest offers several nice little extras your child will appreciate while preparing for his or her day. The piece measures 48 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 44 inches high and includes 6 drawers, each with removable dividers. Pictured with the Catalina Tilt Mirror (sold separately), the top shelf opens up to a space that includes a built-in power outlet perfect for a hair straightener, electric razor, or electronic gadgets.
Catalina Mirrors
The Catalina Collection includes two styles of mirrors, both of which can be placed atop any of the three storage pieces described above. The stationary Catalina Mirror offers a two-toned frame of Gray on the intside and then Parchment on the outside. The piece features 1-inch beveled glass and measures 30 inches wide by 2 inches deep and 40 inches high. Similar in appearance, the Catalina Tilt Mirror also measures 30 inches wide by 2 inches deep but is only 35 inches high. It also features 1-inch beveled glass framed by Gray and Parchment borders.
