The desks we're highlighting here might not have the most storage space, according to square inches, but we thought they had some pretty innovative storage solutions which parents would find helpful in equipping their kids for academic success.

Mountain Desk: Available in your choice of 5 finish options as well as wood or pewter knobs, the Mountain Collection offers two desk options: the one featured here as well as this Study Loft, which is long on work space but short on storage. Like many other desks we carry, the stand-alone Mountain Desk includes a pull-out keyboard tray as well as a single drawer. What sets this one apart is the lower storage cabinet; the space accommodates larger items that other desks will not, while the cabinet door allows you to retain the streamlined appearance instead of adding visual clutter to the study space.
